Coffee Baggers & Ostomy Gathering

Our Coffee Baggers social meetup will be this coming Saturday, April 13 from 10 to 11 a.m.

We are again getting together in The Kitchen, located in the Quil Ceda Creek Casino in Tulalip. Entirely non-smoking, complimentary valet parking, free coffee and pop. Service animals are also welcome.

On the heels of the meetup, our Monthly Gathering will take place on Monday, April 15 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Our featured speaker will be Dan "Dry Dock" Shockley, a retired Navy veteran who will share his remarkable journey of service, diagnosis, and advocacy.

Following his diagnosis, Shockley became a passionate advocate for early detection and reducing the stigma associated with living with an ostomy. He emphasizes the importance of proactive medical care and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of adversity. Through his advocacy work and personal journey, Shockley serves as an inspiration, demonstrating resilience, determination, and a commitment to making a difference for others.

As usual, the gathering will be held in the Snohomish County PUD Electric Building Headquarters at 2320 California St. in Everett.
